At SMOE, offshore platforms, modules, jackets and FPSOS are our business. We are seeking qualified, high integrity and energetic person to fulfill the following positions:


1. DSCS (Digital Supply Chain System) Data Entry Clerk

  • Familiar to operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
  • Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents 
  • \Familiar to Manage and organize records or files and prepare relevant reports as needed
  • Experience to Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders. 
  • Provide occasional administrative support.
  • Experience in Oracle or past BPS Bechtel.


2. Procurement Clerk

  • Familiar to reviewing proposals to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and within legal requirements 
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. 
  • Understanding procurement procedure like prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
  • Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes also contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary.

3. Expeditor

  • Familiar Familiar to Communicating with management to evaluate various supply vendors and assess the quality of delivered supplies
  • Looking for solutions to vendor errors, budget limitations and other problems as they arise, finding ways to save money on the purchase of goods and requesting budget increases as necessary
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedules for each ongoing project, assigning required crews for services such as electrical, plumbing and drywall

  • Prepares purchasing and accounting paperwork such as small purchase orders and requisitions; reconciles invoices with purchase orders in preparation for payment processing.

General Requirements:

  • $1 Degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in any discipline (1,2,3)
  • At least 2 years as Data Entry Clerk or relevant working experience (1)
  • At least 3 years as Procurement Clerk or relevant working experience (2)
  • At least 5 experience in Fabrication or Constructions as Expeditor, background in oil and gas industry or shipyard preferred (3)
  • Priority in Batam Domicile
  • Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
  • Knowledge with Emergency response team members will be added advantage
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work
  • Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving &interpersonal skill
