We are a company engaged in oil & gas manufacture in Batam that produce Pipe Protector, Pumping Unit, Wellhead and X-mass tree. Urgently looking for the best candidates to fill the following position:

CNC Milling Technician

  • Graduated from university majoring on Mechanical Engineering with GPA>3 
  • Capable to operate, setup, program, adjust, preventive maintenance and troubleshoot (maintenance level 3) the CNC milling machine
  • Ready to make parts using CNC milling based on working drawing/CAD order.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Not more than 35 years of age.
  • Able to create, implement and review risk management, opportunity and contingency plan related to CNC milling machine and its process.writingAgree to work abroad based on assignment.
  • Speaking and English is mandatory.
  • Project Scheduler and Controller
  • Degree from Mechanical Engineering with GPA >3.
  • 1-2 years experience in project management. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Has advanced MS Office skills and MS Project.
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Decision making ability and leadership skills
  • Willing to time management and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of visualizations software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Not more than 35 years of age.
  • Agree to work abroad based on assignment
  • Fluent in English is mandatory

We are searching for a perceptive, creative Administrative (Accounting) Manager to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The administrative manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally, ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Administrative Manager Responsibilities: 

  • 1) Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. 
  • 2) Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • 3) Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained. 
  • 4) Working with General Manager and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses. 
  • 5) Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. 

Administrative Manager 


  • 1) Bachelor's degree in business administration. management, or a related field. 
  • 2) Experience 3-5 years in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  • 3) Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4) Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office. 
  • 5) Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple
  • projects and deadlines. 
  • 6) Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
