CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:

Direct interface with customers on product introduction requirements
As a communication channel between customers on quality concerns & requirements
Work closely with process owners pertaining to quality matters
Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions with process owners for part quality resolution
Generate 8D reports to customers and closely follow up
Responsible for tracking and driving field returns units with process owners
Create control plan and prepare FA package per customer requirements
Responsible for customer's quality feedback or new/revised requirement
Accomplish customer weekly report and quarter business rating report
Monthly/Weekly process control plan audit to confirm the manufacturing readiness Lead the Customer regular visit/audit preparation

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in supplier/customer quality role
Possess strong analytical and report writing skill
Knowledge of 8D methodology; statistical tools such as cause and effect analysis, SPC, MSA, FMEA & QC tools and able to use Minitab and six sigma trained will be added advantage
Able to interpret technical drawings and knowledge in GDT is added advantage
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategies, policies, processes and procedures to aim and improve operational performances.
Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
Coordinate with various levels of staff to ensure that production target and productivity achieved and improved.
Ensure safety working environment within the factory premises and maintain high level of housekeeping.
Manage production plan and schedule, control product quality in accordance with customer's requirements of specification.
Review and analyze production monthly report and resolve any shortage in quantity of production output.
Manage and control production expenditures to be accountable.
Deep knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, TS 16949 (IATF 16949), and ISO 14001 Management System.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic) with minimum 5 years experience in similar position or responsibilities.
Having Experience in Metal Stamping Industry will be advantage.
Good commands in English both oral and written.
Good personality, motivation, teamwork and leadership skill.
Deep knowledge in Metal Stamping production process, quality and improvement.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
