Production Manager

• Overview/Responsibilities/Role: Manage Workshop operations: understand the importance details in managing fabrication workshop to 'getting the small things done' and ensuring all operational details are in order..
• Strong Leadership: included motivating and inspiring teams, helping individuals grow and improve, assisting other team-related responsibilities such as performance reviews, goal-setting and conflict resolution.
• Customer Focused: Customers and their desires are the most important aspect of any business. We absolutely respect our customers and do everything possible to make them feel special. You will be expected to show that you have a passion for great customer experiences.
• Strategic Understanding: Although day-to-day job will be to enable your people to achieve the right operational matters.
• Lead, direct and control its implementation within all operation, concerning operational safety and environmental sustainability (K3 & Environment).

Requirements :

1. Degree in technical discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a plate fabrication, or 5 years as Workshop Superintendent in heavy industries.
2. Strong manufacturing background in mining equipment/plate fabrications (preferred involved in customized dump truck bodies, buckets and ancillary products used in the mining industries)
3. Has the ability to manage all workshop operations daily activity and large workforce and good communication skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
4. Familiar with operations practices in fabrication, workshop, construction, structural, metal fabrication/metallurgy/ die/ welding & design/engineering;
5. Understand plant mining fabrication operation regulatory requirements, Understanding the heavy plant business; OHS&E regulations, Planning and organizing, reporting skill; Plant Maintenance module literacy; costing & budgeting;
6. Able to lead, organize manpower, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
7. Proficient with AutoCAD, Computer application proficiency, Holding inspector certificate (Welding Inspection or Coating Inspection or Piping Inspector, etc.) obtain C.SWIP, BGAS, AWS, IWS, etc. will be an advantage
8. Applicable for Resident Citizen. Applicants from Batam are highly prioritized.

3. Bisa membaca gambar Teknik dan mampu marking, cutting dan fit up dengan baik (2)

5. Mempersiapkan dan mengoperasikan mesin CNC dengan pekerjaan utama Membuat program/nesting / daftar potong material berdasarkan Drawing (4)
6. Memahami pekerjaan machining, lathe/turning, milling, bending, rolling (5)
7. Memiliki Serifikat: pengecekan Welding atau Painting lebih di utamakan dan masih
8. berlaku, bahasa Inggris aktif, memiliki leadership, sangat memahami defect pengelasan /painting serta focus pada hasil Inspeksi yang baik (6 & 7)
9. Familiar dengan heavy duty equipment, truck, excavator, dll serta pengalaman 8. perakitan mekanis (bearings/bushes/shafts and components) (8)
10. Kemampuan melakukan pekerjaan Blasting disemua area dan kondisi berpengalaman sebagai Painter Spray conventional /airless pump dan (9)
11. Berlatar belakang sebagai Welder FCAW minimal 5 tahun dan bisa membaca gambar Teknik, memahami defect pengelasan dan memiliki leadership, memotivasi, menginspirasi tim Anda dan membantu individu tumbuh dan berkembang dalam organisasi (10 dan 11)
12. Melampirkan copy berkas pribadi : Surat Lamaran, Daftar Riwayat Hidup, KTP, Ijazah Pendidikan Terakhir, Pas photo (tidak di edit), Surat Pengalaman Kerja dibidangnya dan sertifikat pelatihan terkait, dll dan lamaran yang masuk tidak akan dikembalikan.
