LAB TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

Analysis of All the process tanks concentration
Monitoring the entire rinse tanks pH hourly basis.
Verify all the line tanks levels are maintained as per the operational level.
Verify all the dosing chemicals tanks are filled with operational level in the waste water treatment plant.
Replenishment of dosing chemicals in the waste water treatment plant.
Maintain and monitoring Inventory of all the chemicals (Process, WWTP & Lab)
Ensure waste water discharge quality hourly basis.
All the process tanks concentration to be maintained within the specification
Quality test to be performed as assigned for the each parts.
All the records to be maintained time to time.
Fresh makeup of the process tank as per the schedule.
Daily chemicals to the process tanks as per the assigned schedule.

Requirements:

AC TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:

To perform daily maintenance activity such as: Support equipment production in conversion, setup, repair, trouble shooting, etc.
To comply work activity based on company standard and practice (e. g. 5S, safety, line discipline, Quality minded, etc.)
Mechanical part on the Air conditioner such as able to trouble shoot (fine out the root cause), dismantle, assembly, installation, setup, example: AC type split, cassette, central and electrical service.

Requirements:

CNC MACHINIST

Responsibilities :

Perform assembly and debugging of press tools.
Set Up and Operate Precision Equipment
Check CNC machinery is in good working order before set up
Set up machinery to successfully conduct the run as specified .
Conduct all programming as required .
Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met
Perform all necessary machine maintenance . Follow safety standards at all times
Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management immediately
Keep all work areas clean and organized
Any other duties assigned by superior and / or management.

Requirements :

Min Senior High School.
Good conversant in English.
Interpretation of technical drawings, knowledge in Tool Servicing, Tool Assembly,
Tool Trouble Shooting skills and dimension inspection in the metal stamping industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in a team environment.
Understanding of the operations of drills, lathes and milling equipmen
Ability to work as a team member with diverse group of people
Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving.
